Our highly trained staff has used more of the products on our site and can assist with just about any questions you have.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our shipping and handling is base on the standard UPS rates plus any discount we receive for volume of shipments, we do not charge a handling fee.
All of our gifts are sent in a brown shipping box or a standard USPS Priority Mail Box (if shipping to a PO Address). The only thing on the outside of the box will be our return address and your mailing address. Your package will arrive from Garnet Group, Las Vegas, Nevada. PLEASE NOTE THAT SELECTING 2ND DAY SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN YOU PACKAGE WILL BE SHIPPED ANY FASTER. Even though we try very hard, sometimes we are out of stock on certain items which will cause a delay in shipping your package.

PERSONAL INFORMATION POLICY:

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the personal nature of our items we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than defective items. If your item is defective, please ship the item to us and we will replace it for the exact same item at no charge to you.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
All refused shipments will be charged the price of the shipping and a 25% restocking fee. If you would like to cancel you order, please email us and let us know.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES:
Not to worry. Any credit card charges will appear from Garnet Group. Nothing regarding your purchases. We respect your privacy!
